The Times UK report that spanish clothing chains are in plans to ban the ultra-skinny look and introduce a healthy and realistic size to their shop windows and ads. Among others, Zara, Massimo Dutti and Mango are working to end the careers of skinny models and commence the use of size 36-38 manneqins in their shop windows.

In Andalusia, in southern Spain, shops are banned from displaying clothes that are smaller than size 38, in a move to stop women who might have put on a pound or two from feeling that they are no longer fashionable.
